The Director, Partner Sales Enablement will lead development and delivery of sales enablement programs to align our partner Sales and business development resources with our sales teams to engage in successful joint go-to-market activities.

You will partner with our Alliances and Channels organization and GTM and Partner Account Management teams to design, build and deliver engaging enablement programs to improve sales competence in selling like Salesforce and Selling with Salesforce. This position requires an individual that is results oriented and passionate about helping exceed partner sales targets through impactful enablement programs. This role will focus on our key partners in the core regions and top cities.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, build and execute sales and technical pre-sales enablement programs to maximize partner-sourced business.
Create content and keep it up-to-date with the latest corporate and product messaging and incorporates Salesforce selling motion
Gather, compile and maintain assets, tools and best practices
Work with the Salesforce Alliances and Channels teams to execute partner enablement programs aligned to targeted markets to drive partner-sourced revenue growth
Communicate and collaborate across internal teams such as Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Sales Management to gain commitment and support and ensure the partner enablement programs and content are up-to-date and impactful.
Assess performance of partner sales teams to prioritize enablement strategies and tactics
Support the Partner ecosystem growth by providing ongoing guidance on best practices and sales excellence by engaging in the Partner Community

Role Requirements:
7-10 years of enablement experience or continuous excellent performer in sales/consulting/support
Experience with Salesforce business or Salesforce ecosystem is highly desired
Excellent presentation and training delivery skills to a business or technical audience
Extensive experience with designing, creating and launching enablement programs and projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
Broad social and cloud technology expertise, proficiency with Salesforce CRM technologies is an advantage
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively and manage multiple initiatives
Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams - both internally and with partners, both in-person and virtually
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change
Strong commitment to partner and customer success and quality programs
Bachelor's degree
Willingness to travel into regioN
