This role is a Director position reporting to the Global Sterile Injectables Lead in Pfizer Essential Health. Pfizer Essential Health (PEH) includes i.) brands that have lost market exclusivity and generally the mature patent protected products that are expected to lose exclusivity through 2015 in most major markets, ii) the Sterile Injectables (SI) business iii) Biosimilars and iv.) current and future established products growth initiatives.

• The Operations Excellence lead will provide comprehensive operational business support to the Global Sterile Injectables Head. The individual will be responsible for implementing the team operating model with a focus on maximizing organizational efficiency and team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
• Works closely with Global Sterile Injectables Head to execute against the team operating model with a focus on maximizing organizational efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Provides day-to-day operational support to the Global Sterile Injectables Head to enhance goal clarity, communication and team engagement.
• Manages and co-ordinates with key stakeholders to execute the current annual strategic Operating Plan as well as manage Operating plan development process for coming years.
• Manages full team face to face meetings (e.g. year-beginning, operating plan and year-end). Drive team engagement and effectiveness in planning and execution process. Ensure topics encourage engagement, alignment and focus on objectives. Drive meeting outcomes ensuring they are action orientated, focus on delivery of prioritized outcomes.
• Manages team communication effectiveness via team meetings, intranet sites and regular communications. Drive communications to educate wider GEP audiences on Global Sterile Injectables, develop customized decks for relevant audiences.
• Supports the compilation of strategic documents and presentations (e.g. business reviews, earnings etc.) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manages the interface among the stakeholders including WRD, PGS, enabling and platform functions ensuring efforts are aligned to optimize business performance.
• Oversees team cost center and ensure budget is monitored and status communicated.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
• B.A. or B.S. required, MBA preferred, but not essential
