The National Digital Media Account Director is a national sales position responsible for prospecting, selling and developing key relationships with Digital Media Properties across the U.S. with a specialty focus on Kantar Media Advertising Intelligence and general advisement on Kantar Media and Kantar Research Services.

This role requires extensive digital media expertise with his/her primary focus on advising digital media companies on Kantar Media services, driving new business growth, increasing Kantar Media industry presence at digital events and partnering with existing Kantar sales executives to help close business. Key client sectors include digital pure-play media, e-commerce companies and digital arms of traditional media.

As an Account Director you will…

Candidate with experience advising and selling within the digital marketing ecosystem -- understands the digital ecosystem and can fluently communicate the value of multi-media ad intelligence to the benefit and growth of clients’ digital marketing and sales.
Effectively grows revenue and meets revenue goals by prospecting, selling and developing key relationships at senior levels of Media Properties.
Partners with existing sales executives to further develop relationships and revenue within digital sectors of traditional media companies, pure play digital media and e-commerce companies with media / ad sales offerings.
Conducts client/prospect sales meetings and consults with clients/prospects to understand their current and emerging marketing information needs
Develops territory growth strategies and Account plans

You will need…

Minimum of bachelor's degree and 5 years professional sales experience.
Proven track record of success in new business development and cultivating client relationships.
A high intellect individual who combines proven sales ability with analytical excellence, superior communication skills (presentation and written) and an ability to forge strong client relationships
Experience managing or selling syndicated research tools and/or advertising measurement services and/or custom research solutions to marketing, market research, and advertising agencies
Understanding of market research (qualitative and quantitative for TV, print, digital) and other related industry knowledge and how information can be applied to help clients achieve their goals
