Prudential is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing Strategy with a proven track record of designing marketing and customer engagement strategy in a financial services setting.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of a Digital Marketing, Engagement and Communications vision and strategy.
Develop test and learn digital marketing strategy for Pru customer engagement that creates economic value for the business.
Provide advice/consultation to Prudential’s Lines of Business, assisting them in creating digital strategies and in leveraging digital assets and trends to create opportunities to meet business goals.
Establish standards and metrics for digital marketing and communications to ensure cohesiveness and consistency in process and strategy across the enterprise.
Stay up to date on current and emerging digital trends, best practices and technologies and continually seek ways to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:
5+ years of Digital Marketing experience in internet enabled businesses
Proven experience in strategy design, implementation and analysis
Top notch written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
Well-developed leadership, management and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others in a highly collaborative environment
