Key Responsibilities:
Manage CIO Relationships effectively.
Manage and grow the Account’s P&L, MIS & Reporting.
Forecast and manage talent retention and growth optimally.
Lead the team effectively.
Thought leadership in IT/Offshoring, BPO and Infrastructure.
Strong BD (farming) and sales (hunting) experience.
Ability to engage in consultative selling.
Formulate creative deals and ability to innovate and raise the bar consistently.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
Thought leadership in IT/Offshoring environment.
P&L management experience.
Strong Business Development (farming) and sales (hunting) experience.
Ability to engage in consultative selling.
Experience in formulating creative deals.
Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics business and its challenges.
Experience in IT, Infrastructure, and BPO consulting arena.
The qualified candidate is preferred to reside within a daily commutable distance to Milwaukee, WI or be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience.
Minimum 5-7 years of Manufacturing or Logistics domain experience.
Required Education:
4 year bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) preferred
