Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Director, Film Marketing for the Film department. Position will manage the P&L and drive all aspects of the marketing campaign for TNR and Lego Film Franchise titles. Oversee the strategic and brand management of the titles on a global basis across the marketing pillars: Pricing, PR, Promotion, Social Media, Media and Consumer and Trade Creative. Effectively manage the integrated P&L and budgeting process for all assigned titles to maximize financial performance.
Lead cross functional team including Creative, EC, Promotions, Publicity, Online & Offline Media, DVD production and Trade marketing by providing clear strategic direction to ensure all creative elements and activities are executed on schedule, within budget and on strategy.
Drive key new release strategic directives by communicating direction to team members and performing analytics, benchmarks for success and post program evaluations.
Liason with international markets on title strategy and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-studio partners as well as external partners to develop and execute a cohesive strategy on the Lego Film Franchise as well as other film properties.
Oversee the development and growth of staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Literature, Film or related field or equivalent work experience required.
MBA degree in Marketing or related filed strongly preferred.
Minimum 5+ years experience in the entertainment industry in brand and trade marketing required.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be able to supervise, direct, and evaluate administrative and clerical subordinates in the performance of their tasks.
Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents or instruments.
Must be able to speak and write clearly and effectively, provide guidance to others, reason though issues, deal with clients, vendors, etc.
Must have good attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, problem solve (within scope of responsibility).
Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Must display solid work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Willingness to travel as needed.
