In this role, we are looking for a digital leader and evangelist who have a strong P&L orientation with cutting edge digital knowledge and analytical rigor to own and evolve the digital channel and digital service offerings.

Today, this includes supporting and transforming the digital websites that are both consumer and B2B and support a variety of sub segments within each. It also includes several portals and emerging mobile applications. The leader will drive the strategy, develop and execute the transformation plan to drive awareness, engagement; sales growth and loyalty by delivering best in class learn, buy, get, use, pay and support digital experiences. This person will lead a team responsible for the design, development, implementation, testing and performance of the digital channels.

Serves as digital expert and champion the online channel as a key strategic and tactical component of overall business and marketing plans. Bring forth strategies, plans, investment requirements, business cases for the digital channels and applications for the 3-5 year strategic plan of record as well as the annual operating plan for digital.
Develop strategic framework and plans to evolve the digital channels and applications, customer experience, e-commerce capabilities to drive growth and support capabilities to drive engagement, loyalty and profit.
This means understanding and assessing the Philips digital landscape and assets, the same for the BG, and the Home Monitoring assets for the US, Canadian and rest of the world. Assess current state usability, technology, performance, content, information structure, etc.
Research and analyze the online home monitoring industry (wearables, personal emergency response, medication management, population health, aging well services and solutions etc.) to determine key trends and capabilities that will be needed for the future.
Partner with the Philips Digital@Scale resources, technology leaders and Home Monitoring team to build the transformation plans.
Establish KPIs, metrics, reporting and analytical capabilities to fully understand and manage performance and to enable continuous improvement. Work with business owners to redefine critical KPIs using online and offline metrics, develop benchmark criteria for online metrics, set monthly/annual targets, report on all aspects of usage and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Continually improve the overall content and experience for customers, assess the ease of use and effectiveness of the online channel and drive changes that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness to drive sales growth and engagement
Develop tactical plans for the online sales and social media channels for new product introductions, new offers, new campaigns, etc. This requires on-going and active engagement with marketing team, sales team, product team, etc., to be responsive to market opportunities and issues.
Work closely with web designers, web developers and content development teams to actively manage execution of online strategies.
Develop new processes, continuously build online site requirements and lead the creation of user experience (UX) designs.
Ensure the on-going creation of easy to find, robust content that drives traffic to the digital assets. Evolve technology, implement knowledge management tools, enable tagging and techniques to ensure that website is found in search and enable SEM/SEO
Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues as they arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive web site optimization through analysis, insight, and recommendations on online shopping experience improvements to increase cross-channel conversion.
Lead the (A/B and multivariate) testing methodology, design and execution by providing project direction and prioritization within the Digital Marketing, Analytic and Product teams
Actively participate in and lead projects related to the digital channels, working with the marketing team to create and execute strategies for new product/feature launches
Partner with Digital Marketing to build awareness and adoption of the online sales channel as well as to optimize digital campaigns and improve campaign efficiencies.
We are looking for
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, software development or related field.
A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the development and delivery of online and mobile app experiences
Ability to develop digital strategy, information architecture, customer experiences and transformation plans
Proven track record with demonstrated online sales and customer experience improvement results
Highly analytical, driven by results and with attention to detail
Strategic thinker who is self-directed and driven and operates with a sense of urgency
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make sound independent decisions
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated track record of ability to collaborate across the organization and with 3rd party partners
Ability to lead digital teams operating using Agile development methodology
Project management and QA experience associated with managing site/IT development process
