Director Customer Success Sharethrough New York

Sharethrough is looking for an expert in programmatic, to lead our Customer Success Team. Reporting directly to our CTO and Co-Founder you’ll be responsible for the direction and oversight of all campaigns running through the platform. You should be comfortable with creating organizational structure and jumping in at ground level when needed. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role, setting the tone for all communication to our clients, including on-going education, renewals, and support escalation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive the vision for achieving goals in relation to the programmatic strategy
Balanced account allocation in line with team member’s strengths
Creative and hands-on management of the entire team
Ensure successful delivery from the team against customer goals
Campaign margin management
Identify and resolve negative campaign delivery trends relating to performance, pricing, etc.
Be the point of contact for all escalation issues
Cross-functional input to product and technical support teams to inform feature updates
Constant workflow evaluation, and identify areas of inefficiency in internal processes and lead the team towards improvements
ABOUT YOU

4+ years managing teams
Working experience in advertising technology
Experience in the programmatic space: Ad Networks, Exchanges, DSPs, SSPs
Ability to identify areas of inefficiencies and drive improvement
Organizational team structure experience
Superior strategic and analytical skills
Ability to simply present complex topics
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Experience working in high-growth, start up environments
Presentation and public speaking skills
Experience leading teams through change
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
