This position is responsible for managing confined space and rope access projects, serving as a key interface with the customer, coordinating projects to ensure company meets all customer requirements and specifications. Key responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, coordinating scope of work with site supervisors, expanding business opportunities and maintaining qualified workforce.

Develop expanded business opportunities in the confined space and rope access markets
Serve as key interface with customers to manage projects, fulfill customers’ requirements and maintain positive relationships with customers
Serve as project manager of confined space and rope access field projects by preparing project bids, coordinating schedules and personnel and creating site-specific safety plans
Develop qualified workforce in confined space and rope access areas
Establish long-term plan for future growth of confined space and rope access sectors
Review, update and manage internal training curriculum and scheduling
Provide training certifications to external agencies as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Technical Skills
Working knowledge in OSHA and DOT safety regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit and/or stand for at least 8 hours
Must be able to lift/carry 10-15 pounds
Availability to travel as needed
Education: Bachelor’ s degree in safety or related field
Experience: Five years of field project management experience. Previous experience in air separation industry, particularly related to piping systems and pressure vessels
