Lead and manage monthly forecasting process working with sales team and business unit and provide insight driving the changes
Lead and drive portfolio management process (new products launches, product transition, and end of life) working with sales team, business unit, and business operations
Work with Business Operations team on demand & supply balancing based on various demand scenarios
Develop market models to describe long term market and product opportunities
Lead and drive ad-hoc data modelling and scenario analysis
Work with business unit, engineering, and sales on competitive analysis, roadmap, and pricing strategies
Work with IT, business intelligence, and data science teams to develop tools and models to improve forecasting process & accuracy
What we need to see:
10+ years experience in business planning and forecasting
5+ years of leading a business planning team & people management
Excellent quantitative and analytical expertise
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Highly detail oriented with the ability to problem solve and proactively find solutions
Outstanding communication and matrix management skills
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
