The Microsoft Services Advanced Services Delivery (ASD) team is seeking a proven and highly motivated Director, Business Program Manager to be part of our digital transformation. Previous experience in Business Management or Finance is a big plus.

Our goal is to help Premier customers “get healthy and stay healthy”. ASD helps customers set up and operate their internal IT environments following the best practices and avoiding the most common operation pitfalls. ASD codes solutions to help customers monitor and assess their IT environments to find and fix the most critical issues before they cause problems. To do this, we employee a global team of developers and program managers who are experts in meeting customer needs and supplying internal Premier support delivery teams.

Qualifications \ Skills:
• The Basics: 7+ years of industry experience. BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering. Travel 10%.
• Location: Strongly prefer Seattle WA based. Dallas TX can work. Willing to consider US based for highly experienced and vetted candidates.
• Program Management. PM certification and demonstrated success at managing complex, multi-year projects.
• Business Management. Assist senior business leaders more effectively manage business reviews, staff meetings, head count management, staffing strategy, leadership training and development.
• Financial Management. Experience in managing program budgets, team budgets, forecasts, pro-forma’s, purchase orders, invoicing. Education in Finance, Accounting a plus.
• Data Analysis and Business Intelligence. Basic ability to generate business management reporting from data. Ability to drive BI requirements to reporting teams.
• Communication. Demonstrated ability to construct internal communication programs to apprise stakeholders of business activities.
