Client team has an open sales management position for an Account Director.
The position is responsible for in year up-scope business opportunities, positioning Nokia in strategic projects and developing long term sales.
This is a direct customer facing role reporting directly to the VP of New Sales.
Candidate must be comfortable with developing senior level management relationships (VP+) at client corporate strategy, fundamental network planning and CTO organization.

Key Responsibilities / Functions:
Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways.
Contributes to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue.
Typically requires more than 10 to 15 years experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Works as key team member to set and drive toward predetermined long-range individual and team targets. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes.
Is accountable for developing and implementing business strategies.
Develops project objectives and prioritizes work based on customer requirements and internal guidelines.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. Masters preferred.
Broad knowledge of telecom industry and competitor trends. Familiar with new technology trends as they relate to Ericsson, NSN, Cisco, Huawei, etc,
At least 10 years sales / business development experience in the telecomm industry.
Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
Possesses an in-depth understanding of Nokia's functional area objectives and strategies and proven ability to apply those objectives and strategies to sales opportunities.
