Boingo is looking for a highly energetic and customer focused person with extensive experience in building and operating large-scale networks, as well as managing people in remote locations. Responsibilities will include managing the design, installation and operation of multiple Wi-Fi networks on military bases, airports, and stadiums across the United States. Ideally you'll be based from your home office in Baltimore, Nashville or Raleigh, however we're open to candidates near any major airport on the East Coast.

Regional account management of base command and/or large venue bureaucracy such as LAX
Centralized Hub for Ordering and Delivery of Base Equipment
Supervise/Manage All Field Personnel in the Region
Manage Lifecycle of Region venues
Allocate Resources Across the Region (as new bases come aboard)
Working with Marketing, responsible for Delivery of Sales and Revenue in the Region
Bachelors Degree preferred or a minimum of 10 years of project management experience (telecom network projects experience required)
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects through different contractors and multiple employee groups required
Must have proven ability to schedule complex projects to deliver them on time and under budget
Need to be technically inclined, and understand the basics of telecom networks
Must understand how to maintain live networks to include 3 years’ experience in dealing with 24/7/365 operations for service restoration, upgrades, and performance monitoring
Must be able to gather and organize data, then make logical decisions based on that data and implement a solution
Extensive experience managing and leading people in geographically diverse areas
Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Must have proven ability to work in a matrix organization to get the job done
Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Wireless, backhaul, Cisco networking
Must be willing to travel within the region.
Experience dealing with military installation departments
Cisco Certifications
Experience with Wireless backhaul via Point-to-Point radio links
