Specifically, we are looking for a Director, Account Management (Data Products) to help manage the end to end client experience of our data products - everything from client conversations to client testing, integration to maintenance to growth. You will be the internal conduit and advocate for the voice of the customer regarding new product development, new product enhancements and new product offerings and handing those off to our engineering and product teams for vetting and validation. You will have a ton of flexibility for creating new Product Client Services best practices, using tried and true Product Client Services best practices or blend the two together for an uber new Product Client Services best practices.

Collaborate often with Sales on the Client workflow pipeline to ensure we are delivering what the client is expecting based on where we are with them in the deal making process
Collect business requirements from the Client and hand off to the Engineering team for all tests, experiments and integrations
Ensure that clients have phenomenal day-to-day interactions and experience with Sharethis for all testing, integration, maintenance and growth activity.
Ask for post implementation feedback and bring the “voice of the customer” back to our product and engineering team.
Ensure our data is at key DMP’s/DSP’s/Distribution hubs (Liveramp, Rocketfuel etc).
Provide feedback to Biz Dev on new data/product opportunities.
What You’ll Need:
4+ years proven experience with maniacally gathering the voice of the customer feedback and using that to guide new product development and/or product enhancements.
4+ years proven experience acting as a Client Advocate within an organization.
3+ years proven experience with Big Data Client integrations and implementations.
3+ years proven experience as a Product/Project Manager.
Organized, detail orientated and a great communicator both internally and externally.
