Huawei Device USA's Honor team is seeking a competent eStore Director to be in charge of the organization’s online store ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s online business presence and to make the eStore business successful in the market.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique ecommerce techniques. He/She will be a skilled online store strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors through online store business operation.

Development and implementation of the online store business strategy.
Must have excellent online retail sales skills
Development and implementation of the online store user experience, product sales and promotion ,and ecommerce traffic partner cooperation plan
Overseeing implementation of the online store strategy - including store design, product sale, marketing ,promotion,traffic cooperation and estore operation.
Working closely with the Marketing and Product Management team and enabling them to meet their objectives by providing the required support and get the required support from them
Work closely with Global store construction management team to build the US store competency and follow required business process.
Guiding the day to day activities and guidance of the online store to the team. Be responsible for the estore service quality result and the end user satisfaction result.
Ensuring that the estore commercial objectives are implemented by the team.
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's Degree
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum: Minimum 4-6 years online store business experience
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree
Has been leading an eStore in 3C area which has annual sales of more than 10 Million USD.
Has the experience of online store strategy and user experience design, product sales, marketing & promotion and operation.
Has very good knowledge and relationship with the ecommerce industry partners.
Proven track record of success in senior roles.
Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original online store opportunities.
