You will lead teams managed by software development managers and you must be able to dive deep into the details on operations and engineering, driving execution to hit schedules for reliable product releases.

Qualifications
You must possess a Master’s or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/ Imaging Science with 10+ years of experience in SW Development
• 10+ years’ experience in software development
• 3+ years managing managers and teams of engineers
• 3+ years of experience building and delivering software drivers to chip schedules
• Experience in working with teams around the globe
• Strong experience in agile development, testing and deployment processes
• Proven track record of high-scale hiring and talent management on teams of multiple disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
• 10-12+ Years of relevant industry experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
