•Build the innovation ecosystem at Siemens Healthineers Services that fosters collaboration and ideation, and that delivers access to innovation and a funnel of new service offerings
•Identify transformational and strategically relevant opportunities for additional development and investment that are aligned with the strategy at Siemens Healthineers Services

•Initiate/manage relationships with internal and prospective external partners, support due diligence and transactions, and contribute to the success of new partnerships as an active member of cross-functional, multinational teams
•Proactively engage business lines and regions as entrepreneurial partners.
•Recruit networks of venture capital firms, startups companies, entrepreneurs to expand our innovation ecosystem and perform due diligence.
Requirements:
•Background in corporate venturing and innovation strategies at healthcare or technology company
•Understanding of organizational architecture required to drive innovation
•Knowledge of how to build and develop a new idea or company, including integrated, lean, semi-virtual and virtual models
•Ability to work effectively with various cross-functional and multi-cultural teams and influence across multiple stakeholders
•Deep understanding of current healthcare and technology industry trends and markets
•Self-starter, self-motivated, results focused
•MBA or graduate degree in a management
•10-15 years experience
Preferences:
•Relevant work experience in healthcare (medical device) and/or technology fields
•Combination of corporate technology and start-up experiences are a plus
•Experience in working with global teams and leading operational and strategic initiatives
