Provide business and technical leadership in the areas of Identity & Access Management, Federation & Directory Services. This is a critical position and provides leadership to deliver and support key business and technical strategies, such as Global Access Administration, Global workforce identities (employees and non-employees), Secure Cloud Service Access on a global basis and global AbbVie directory services. Key responsibilities include providing strategic and tactical leadership and management for assigned areas of responsibility to support business solutions and objectives.

Leadership in the development and implementation of large scale complex programs including: business case; governance structures and accountability; service strategies; program plans; goals and metrics; processes; change management; supplier contracts; competitive benchmarking and communications.
Leadership/direction over the Identity & Access Mgmt organizations: ownership/accountability for identity management environment, responsible for onboarding, off boarding and access management for global workforce; establish long-term strategic roadmap and a delivery approach for the evolution of Identity & Access Mgmt environment; serve as the primary leader for the strategic direction of new technologies into Identity & Access Administration business processes, including LRP & business cases.
Ensures Access Management daily operations run and report effectively and efficiently and complies with all applicable policies and procedures.
Leadership/direction over Federation Services Organization: ownership/accountability for Federation Svcs, responsible for ensuring the security of federated connections and makes decisions regarding inbound/outbound identity providers; establishes long-term strategic approach to Federation environment; leadership/direction for new strategic direction of new technologies into Federation business processes, including long range plan and business cases.
Ensure Federation Services run effectively and efficiently and complies with all applicable policies and procedures.
Leadership/direction over the Directory Services Org: ownership/accountability for Directory Services, including Active Directory and LDAP environments; establish long-term strategic approach to Active Directory and Directory Services and the supporting infrastructure environment; leadership/direction for the strategic direction of new technologies into the Directory Services business processes, including LRP and business cases.
Optimize IT infrastructure business processes over time to provide better agility and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead program teams effectively including escalation and resolution of program, project and operational issues.
Provide disciplined program and project management expertise, effective group facilitation skills, and drive consensus among team members.
Responsible for complying with applicable Corporate Policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all external regulatory policies.
Lead and coordinate the responses to internal and external audit inquiries. Provide leadership and direction to organizational, technical and process improvements as the result of audit recommendations and findings, providing updates and direction to IT and Quality senior leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related is required. Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
Total combined minimum years of experience 15+ years, with at least 6 years in managing large scale programs in business systems analysis, software development or deployment.
