Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
7+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing for a hardware device company.
Ability to travel as required.

Master’s degree preferred.
Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex hardware systems.
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes.
Advanced knowledge of mobile technologies such as RFID, NFC and Bluetooth.
