This position is to establish and grow a new practice for inCode Consulting in the Utilities Industry. The ideal candidate is a Utilities thought leader who serves as a consulting partner responsible for the general management of all facets of the business, including project sales, senior client management, project leadership and managing and achieving financial operational targets.

Possesses senior relationships across the industry
Background and expertise developing strategies for players in the energy and utility industries.
Experience with core and developing technologies impacting the utilities industry, including smart grid, mobile solutions, and fixed line networks.
Relationships with senior executives in the utility industry, particularly in areas of strategy, finance, services and technology
Develops and implements high-impact strategies and solutions based on financial, technology and market analyses to help increase the profitability and performance of consulting clients
Manages key client relationships with ability to drive $3M+ in annual project engagements
Leads, sells, and manages multiple engagements focused on the development of business and technology strategy, business cases and profitability, product development and business development
Serves as senior advisory figure that drives thought leadership in the utilities space with the potential to help shape clients’ corporate and product strategies
Exercises leadership via creation of customer proposals and assumes responsibility for pricing, scoping and risk mitigation
Primary point of contact from inCode with clients at the appropriate levels
Provides proactive, competent communication of inCode recommendations within client organization
Contributes in the development of account strategies to support and win the target group of customers/accounts
Position Qualifications
Core Competences:
15+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy or management positions in the Utilities industry
10+ years working on and leading client engagements related to financial modeling, business planning, market research, due diligence, strategic planning, process improvement, product commercialization or related fields
5+ years of experience developing network product / pricing / and market deployment strategies
Considerable financial, technological and strategic acumen to help clients unlock value and meet key objectives
Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated experiences, work ethic and professionalism
Strong writing, presentation and problem solving skills
Ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines
Ability to supervise a staff of 8+

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
MBA/MS and management consulting experience required
