They breathe life into ideas, and push the boundaries of design thought with what's possible, leveraging solid skills across current mobile, web, and embedded platforms.
You are a hybrid problem solver who loves to sketch in code. On our team, these technical skills are key to exploring and inspiring design. An essential member of our innovation group, you contribute to all aspects of the innovation process, from research and ideation to delivery with a focus on prototyping and creatively approaching technical constraints. You pair up with designers, data scientists and engineers to demonstrate what it really feels like to interact with a product or service across multiple touchpoints. Beyond the basics, your toolkit might include Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Arduino. You are always seeking to learn new tools and technologies as well as to deepen your craft.

Collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams (design, strategy, engineering, data science and product management) to conceive and produce new experiences, products and services.
Bring platform and technology limitations to light and work creatively to circumvent them with alternate possibilities.
Build experiences for emerging technologies, IoT, and data/analytics driven services and navigate areas of service integration with 3rd party providers.
Research, learn and employ new tools and technologies.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience developing awesome products across different mediums like web and mobile.
Excellent communication skills that can bridge gaps between design and engineering across internal and client teams.
The finely honed craft to play with and create the details of a user experience: animations, gestures, precise timings, and sound across screens, smart environments and product ecosystems.
A future-focused desire to use emerging technologies to positively impact people’s lives.
Experience creating applications that use data and analytics to customize and contextualize interactions with people.
Demonstrated design sensibilities, including creative ideation, design research and user testing.
A sense of humor and positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment and embark on regional and global travel as needed.
