The SG&A Director For Global Product & Merchandising, Innovation and Design will provide strategic leadership to develop, manage, and operationalize short and near-term strategies critical to the organization's success. You'll create business plans, processes and policies and manage budget and performance targets, representing several areas of the business, including key functional leaders. You'll direct the preparation of forecasts and plans, including timely financial analysis as well as insights the business can use to progress against the strategic and annual operating plan.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field
10 years' experience in accounting, financial analysis or another related field. An advanced degree or CPA designation is acceptable in lieu of 2 years’ experience
8 years’ people management and team development experience
5 years' experience working for a multinational consumer products company
Advanced level proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong knowledge of budgeting, investment analysis, economic profit concepts, and strategic planning concepts
Experience using SAP is preferred
MBA or business-focused Master's degree or higher is preferred
CPA is preferred
Ability to pass a 7 year background check
