Senior Manager Connections Experience Amazon Seattle

As a Connections Experience Manager, you will launch Connections across several business units, ensuring adoption of the Connections program, advocating for program and feature enhancements, and ensuring the leaders are driving change in response to the employee sentiment being expressed through Connections responses. The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.

Experience Managers guide Connections and Business leadership through the quantitative and qualitative data to identify which areas are most actionable and which types of action plans can be put into place. The Experience Manager does this by analyzing reports across leadership orgs, requesting data analysis, working with the Research team to identify and propose areas of study and developing team and cross team question sets. Additional responsibilities include:

Responsible for driving measure impact against core metrics including our Customer Impact Index (CII).
Supports the development of flexible and sustainable solutions across multiple cultures, incorporating local requirements as necessary.
Lead cross-functional teams through launch of new program enhancements.
Develops and delivers executive-level presentations to support the program.
Drives the strategy for Connections with multiple organizations.
Consults on All-hands stories and presentations.
Trains leadership on Connections reports and data.
Publicizes impacts of program to the organization(s) and leadership.
Holds organization accountable for executing programs to improve employee experience where Connections results reflect opportunities.
Management of 1-2 Business Analysts

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS required.
8+ years’ product or program development experience including UAT and launching products globally across 5+ languages.
2+ years people management
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply technical concepts and communicate with technical teams.
Proven ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion.
Preferred Qualifications

MBA/MS/MA preferred.
Fluency in one or more language other than English preferred.
Paired language translation .
Familiarity with the recent trends in employee engagement and development.
A passion for data visualization.
Ability to travel up to 25%
