We’re looking for a collaborative, experienced Art Director to join this highly creative role and influence how we communicate our brand. We are looking for a visually talented creative who is strong in concept and design and has a solid digital knowledge.

Turn creative direction into digital design
• Work closely with in-house art directors and copywriters to create premium, multi-channel shopping experiences
• Present concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
• Distribute and prioritize projects for other team members and provide art direction for illustrators, 3D artists and photographers
• Approve design work at key stages to ensure all projects meet the objective and are delivered on brand and on time
• Work closely with user experience (UX) specialists to create new experiences

What you’ll need:
• At least five years’ design experience in an agency or in-house environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and concept skills.
• Experience of supporting responsive websites
• Insights into the shopping journey and the ability to apply them through concept and design work
• Ability to evaluate projects from a communication stand point.
• Strong understanding of the capabilities of mobile platforms and web frameworks
• Ability to work with developers to implement approved designs
• Open and adaptable multi-disciplinary mind-set and strong collaborative skills
• Good written and spoken communications skills
• Bachelor’s degree relevant to digital design and advertising
• Fluency in Adobe Suite, HTML and CSS
• Willingness to travel
