Outbrain is seeking a passionate Product Marketing Director to lead global product marketing for Amplify, Outbrain's suite of products for marketers, brands and agencies. With a strong technical background and significant marketing experience you will work closely with our sales teams across a dozen global markets and with their brand and agency clients.

You will also work closely with the Amplify product team in Israel and NYC and with regional marketing teams around the world to ensure our product offering continues to exceed our customer requirements. You will be responsible for representing global market requirements in helping define the product strategy and roadmap, as well as lead the global go-to-market process, developing the product positioning and story, and coordinating cross-functional teams in creating marketing and sales collateral, PR, case studies, and internal and external training.

Deliverables: What you will achieve

This position calls for a strong communicator, with a solid ad tech background, who is able to demonstrate Outbrain’s Amplify benefits and their value, in both literature and in person, via training mode and customer/industry events. Ideally you will be able to speak at public events about Content Marketing strategies and challenges and help maintain Outbrain’s leadership in this area.




Your first year should look like this:

In your first month, you should find your bearings, get to know the team, do a deep dive into the Amplify product, and start to build key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
After three months, you will understand our product and the roadmap in detail, be able to support the sales team, be an internal evangelist and will be collaborating with our marketing team on the sales collateral and deck.
After six months, you should be helping monitor adoption of products, gather case studies, feedback to the product teams including competitive insights, train the sales team with product knowledge and benefits and be confident to talk authoritatively externally about our product..
When you finish up your first year, you’ll be an essential part of the product and marketing process and will be supporting the Amplify team on managing the sales process & bring consistency to our offering.
