We are looking for an experienced professional services professional to lead our Consulting team. You will report to VP of Customer Success & Consulting and will play a leading role in shaping the future of professional services at Wrike. Specific level (senior manager or director) will depend on experience.

Leading a team of consultants, providing coaching and mentoring to help them grow and develop, hiring new talent
Personally leading consulting engagements for some of our strategic clients
Serving as a productivity coach for the broader Wrike community. We need to “drink our own champagne” and continue to evolve how we approach work at Wrike to be insanely productive
A strong candidate for this role looks like this:
Passionate about personal and team productivity
Background in project management. Knowledgeable in various project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc),
Experience in leading change in organizations; strong interest and knowledge of change management techniques and habit formation
Experienced in helping businesses become “well-oiled machines” when it comes to execution and collaboration
Has played an active role in helping grow a professional services organization, including thinking through the right metrics to measure success, the infrastructure needed to support growth, approach to partnerships, etc.
Skilled in motivating and persuading others, when writing, speaking in person, and speaking in public
Strategic thinker who gets energized by tackling big questions
Experienced in leading and coaching others
With at least 5 years of experience in professional services/consulting field and at least 10 total years of experience
Able to travel up to 50% of the time
