The TFS Treasury Department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified National Manager, Valuations, Enterprise Cash Management and Treasury SOX. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the valuations and cash management teams and maintain SOX compliance on all treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain state of the art Cash Management system to optimize cash availability, daily operational efficiency and integrate new business lines/products.
Strategically develop roadmap for future valuation practice, including new product development, and incorporating financial market leading practices.
Direct and lead Balance Sheet Fair Value practice for the $50+ billion term debt, $10+billion secured debt and $20+ billion Commercial Paper programs, $5+ billion Investment Portfolios and $100+ billion derivatives portfolio.
Drive successful change management and execution through collaboration, communication and effective project management within the Treasury department.
Develop strategies and implement programs to systematically develop team members fostering a knowledge sharing culture.
Communicate treasury vision and strategies to gain mutual understanding and support from partners.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
10+ years of professional Treasury experience
A Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Business or related fields.
Previous managerial experience in financial services, corporate treasury or relevant industry
Broad knowledge of financial/capital markets transaction, including debt, derivatives, investments and foreign exchange.
Knowledge of cash management
Understanding of accounting for financial instruments, SOX compliance, internal controls and development of systems and processes.
