We are currently seeking a Director of Data and Insights to join the ReadyRefresh by Nestlé organization within Nestlé Waters North America. This position is based in Stamford, CT, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Customer Development. This existing role leads a staff of 5 employees who support business functions and initiatives across all departments within ReadyRefresh. The primary function of the team is to provide insight through various types of analysis of large sets of cross-platform data, driving data-informed decision making. These opportunities are function and department agnostic and are focused on improving overall business performance. In addition to identifying opportunities and supporting ongoing needs, the Director of Data and Insights will take an active role in driving implementation of the identified and developed initiatives. This is a critical role in enabling the execution of the ReadyRefresh strategic plans.

Provide leadership, guidance, and development support to 5 direct reports, comprising the ReadyRefresh Data & Insights Team
Support the ReadyRefresh senior leadership team through data and insights
Take the lead role in finding insights that identify the solutions / options to address business problems and opportunities
Develop insight-led business strategies to accelerate both revenue and profit growth
Support project / initiative teams with required data, analysis and insights to ensure informed decisions are made
Lead cross-functional business teams to execute on key business strategies and initiatives
Provide oversight of existing data and insights reporting
Communicate non-financial insights in a timely and effective manner
Plan and manage research for the ReadyRefresh business unit
Leverage and enhance existing voice of the customer programs to improve overall units performance
Drive, plan & analyze research strategies for the ReadyRefresh business
Contribute to and ensure success of 2106 – 2018 ReadyRefresh growth strategies
Support customer acceleration team as required to drive continued digital growth
Key success measures associated with this position include, but are not limited to:
Delivering of 2016 – 2018 Market Business Strategies
Internal customer satisfactions levels (both internal to ReadyRefresh as well as across other business units)

Key qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent focus required
Prior project management experience required
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
5+ years of people leadership
10+ years of business process experience (end-to-end process such as order to cash, etc.)
5+ years of data experience (SQL Server preferred)
5+ years of data analysis and insights experience
Digital and/or Direct-to-consumer experience preferred
