Director Communications ADP Roseland

The Director of Client Marketing is responsible for developing marketing strategies to educate and engage new clients and deepen and grow relationships with tenured clients, with the specific goals of increasing client revenue, retention and NPS. She / he will work with our product, data insights, and finance teams to develop segmentation and targeting strategies, and subsequently work across Sales, Service and our function Marketing team to develop channel based marketing strategies.

You'll engage with agency partners, our sales team, marketing teams as well as cross functional partners to help conceive programs and bring them to life. The individual needs to be self-directed and able to handle multiple tasks, delegate responsibility through a matrixed team and prioritize with a professional, can-do attitude. This role will be reporting into ADP Marketplace marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with other Business Units / Product Teams (e.g. Small, medium and large business units) to prioritize and synchronize communications and leverage respective cross sell opportunities
Build strong relationships across Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Servicing and Loyalty teams to ensure all client communications are coordinated, relevant, timely and consistently written
Plan and execute direct marketing engagement programs consisting of email, phone, in person, in-product and service delivery
Support Sales Management team in their efforts to expand our portfolio of services and revenue within existing clients
Develop and execute monthly marketing metric reports for clients, including managing and interpreting data from multiple sources
Monitor and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert engagement into additional business.
Design and execute content delivery mechanisms that engage clients at the c-level potentially including magazines, newsletters or events and lead a survey approach to gain input for future programs
Lead and guide various internal teams, third-party agencies, vendors and consultants to create various materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree; MBA desirable
Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in marketing
Demonstrated ability in building and leading programs, ideally in B2B environments
Experience working with outside agencies
A high degree of comfort working with senior management, particularly with demanding sales executives, and across different functional groups
Strategic thinker with broad perspective and, at the same time, demonstrates an acute attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly
Outstanding interpersonal, teaming, verbal, presentation and process facilitation skills
Results-oriented; high sense of urgency and energy
Ability to gain the support of a diverse and demanding sales organization
Collaborative, executive presence with a strategic mindset
Highly intelligent, with a balance of outstanding communications skills and technical skills
