We are looking for a Commercial Campaign and Program Marketing Lead to execute go-to-market campaigns to drive sell-through of a rich competitive portfolio of Windows devices including tablets, convertible notebooks, Servers and to land channel programs to support our core business, attaching services and building the growth of tomorrow. This position is responsible for enabling cross company device selling and marketing through campaigns, programs and outreach and driving outbound marketing programs and activities to achieve our scorecard and revenue goals and increase CPE.

To accomplish this goal, the OEM Commercial Marketing Director will guide a nimble and dynamic commercial campaign team that 1) brings together OEM product, device and channel partner-ready campaigns, 2) leads our global account marketing managers and field marketing leads to activate and execute our campaigns through-partners, 3) drives community guidance, tools, and communications that anticipate and scale our strategies and execution through our channel and field teams and our OEM partner ecosystem directly and 4) owns marketing and program strategy and execution for our distribution, reseller and named partner channel.
We’re looking for a minimum of two years manager experience, 5+ years in the commercial channel/segment, proven talent for influence and impact through others, ability to drive results through the sales organization, grit and comfort with ambiguity. You’ll get to set a strategic vision while seeing the results by executing on the tactical aspects of the business. Key responsibilities include:

•Lead the WW OEM commercial campaign and marketing strategy in partnership with field marketers, sales team and three other commercially focused marketers.
•Build a relevant set of product and channel campaigns and drive the rollout, execution, measurement and optimization of these campaigns across our entire Microsoft Windows OEM partner ecosystem and channel partner ecosystem.
•Thought leadership in designing and managing the worldwide campaigns across Commercial channels that’s innovative, scalable and delivers impactful sales of a diverse set of OEM devices and services.
•Ensure successful rollout and uptake of the joint campaigns across including our top global multinational OEM partner accounts, our regional and local OEM partners and our OEM distributors.
•Guide and coach high impact team and take their careers and skills to new levels. Lead with a growth mindset so team takes smart risks, drives creativity and ultimately impact and brings insights/learnings back to the broader org.

Qualifications:
•Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years manager experience
•5+ years in the commercial channel/segment
•2 years’ field experience.
•Bachelor’s degree required
•Must be able to demonstrate building networks and use of internal connections to influence others.
•Prior experience in the OEM industry is a definite bonus, as is a passion for technology.
•Some domestic and international travel required.
