Responsibilities:
The Microsoft IT Employee Sentiment Lead is responsible for the following Core Priorities:
Deliver flawless execution of key IT Satisfaction Measures
o Ensure that Global Employee Experience Survey, Pulse Surveys, Executive Check Ins and real time sentiment capture mechanisms are designed and administered in a way that ensures strong participation and increases our awareness of what is most critical to satisfaction.
o Evolve the listening ecosystem to be an Enterprise showcase.
o Drive connections with other relevant listening systems at Microsoft (eg MS Poll, Speed & Agility), and enable cross pollination of data and action.
Deliver specific recommendations for actions designed to enhance satisfaction
o Combine and Analyze the outputs from key listening mechanisms inside and outside IT to uncover key insights.
o Deliver clear, actionable reports detailing satisfaction drivers and recommendations to address
Deliver a leading edge holistic listening and insight service
o Identify key listening systems and work with partners across Microsoft to gain access to relevant data
o Work with experts inside and outside Microsoft IT to create a data and analytics service which aggregates data from multiple sources and applies analytics to enable accurate executive decision making.
o Democratise access to insights through delivery of tools such as Power BI.
Enable a satisfaction culture within MSIT
o Work with key influencers throughout the organization to elevate the awareness of the importance of satisfaction to MSIT and Microsoft generally.
o Enable cross organizational collaboration in pursuit of satisfaction deliverables.
o Facilitate field engagement in the satisfaction conversation.

Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant business experience in sentiment capture and analysis, business analyst, other professional services roles, and vendor management
Demonstrated ability to understand, implement, and articulate data / insight related concepts
Demonstrated experience working with and/or in business or IT leadership teams to drive enablement of new capabilities and simplification of existing processes or tools
Proven ability to influence and communicate at senior business and IT levels.
Strong teaming background, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
Minimum BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent business experience.
