The Director of Business Development will be based in Marlborough, MA, and will develop and implement programs, projects and processes for assigned customer accounts, thereby strategically managing the customer relationship road map. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Account Advocate – responsible for all aspects of the customer account and commercial relationship
Full global responsibility for customer Profit & Loss to meet and exceed annual revenue growth targets
Establish and manage current customer relationships
Manage the customer road map from a strategic relationship perspective
Negotiate contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers
Define the Business Unit organization structure and staffs appropriately
Manage the team to effectively support customer contract terms and SLAs
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll need…
5-7+ years of account management experience supporting major accounts in the industrial, Aerospace & Defense or hardware industries
Business development experience in a director level/large account role
Successfully demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems in a customer-facing role
Must have experience in medical device manufacturing; preferably with a similarly large organization like Flex
Program Management experience a plus
Knowledge of Engineering or product development a plus
