Responsibilities
Help to create and implement staffing business strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, strong client management and encourages the sharing of best practices across the wider People Operations community.
Manage and inspire a team to deliver results across a complex regional and functional matrix while effectively communicating all critical dimensions of staffing business plans with global leadership teams and support organizations.
Collaborate with, manage and influence complex partner relationships with Staffing Effectiveness, Diversity, Operations, Leadership, College, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Channels, Shared Services and Compensation and Finance teams to ensure overall talent acquisition objects are met.
Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience leading and managing a team.
Staffing experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team including the execution of talent searches.

Preferred qualifications:
10 years of combined experience in internal recruiting, executive search and/or consulting with demonstrated success in building out, leading or managing teams of high-performing individuals at a Global scale.
Significant exposure to recruiting and/or sourcing - gained either through growing and managing a large team, as being part of a staffing organization, or through direct recruiting experience at the college, industry or leadership level.
Proven leadership with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organization.
Integrity and values based leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; an ability to identify and galvanize this complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
