• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or similar field required • Proven performer with at least 5-7 years of project management experience around advanced analytics, data and/ or technology implementation • Fluency in the insurance industry; deep familiarity with the analytics or actuarial market landscape and corresponding information needs• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work with multiple clients and complex processes• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization • Proven record of leadership • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization• Travel requirements: 50%-60%

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will oversee all activities related to the development and delivery of the Solution services to clients and you’ll work closely with the Solution Leadership Group to advance the strategic aims of the Solution.
It is essential that you can quickly establish yourself as an integral member of the Solution Leadership Team with a strong influence over the overall success of the entire unit. Your responsibilities include client service strategy and delivery; content development, upgrade, and maintenance; service packaging; Solution Leadership and performance management; and contributions to global McKinsey Solutions community building.
You will have a pivotal role that requires a passion for analytical content with the managerial capacity to deliver services with real client impact.
