Recruiting Director Pipeline Development Pandora Oakland

The Recruiting Director of Pipeline Development is accountable for leading, growing and optimizing Pandora’s sourcing / pipeline function. This position will have full accountability for pipeline strategy and execution, team leadership and pipeline goal achievement. S/he will be responsible for the overall approach to growing and delivering diverse candidate pipelines, managing and improving sourcing processes, systems, tools, goals/KPIs and metrics.
Additionally, s/he will lead our Recruiting Channel strategy, which is the identification and coordination of all channels that deliver talent into our recruiting process, including: research, lead generation, sourcing, referral generation (Employee Referral Program), agencies and sourcing tools. The Recruiting Director of Pipeline Development will also operate as a member of the Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) and reports to the Senior Director of Recruiting, who leads Recruiting for Pandora. This position is located at Pandora’s HQ in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Pandora’s overall recruiting vision, mission and long-term strategy as a member of the recruiting leadership team
Partner with RLT, Lead HRBPs, Diversity and business leaders to develop the pipeline strategy for critical skill sets.
Lead and manage a team of Sourcing professionals, including both contract and full-time employees. Manage team to ensure optimal alignment and focus on building deep relationships with communities of top talent.
Constantly experiment and take risks to drive innovative and creative solutions
Provide direction and consultation on emerging trends impacting and influencing attraction and acquisition within critical talent segments
Deliver on-going reports that track results, impact and cost-effectiveness of team. Use the information to detect trends/insights and adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the team.
Work cross-functionally in HR to provide input to other programs impacting the organization, including – but not limited to – onboarding, career pathing, internal movement, training, etc.

Requirements:
10+ years of recruiting or applicable work experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading high-performing teams within a high-growth environment
Deep understanding of the sourcing discipline and possess extensive experience building high-impact sourcing teams that deliver meaningful results
Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate activation and engagement strategies
Keen ability to establish and articulate an inspiring vision and clearly translate it into executable strategy
Ability to use data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
