Partner Manager Global MarTech Messenger Partnerships Facebook Menlo Park

The Partner Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels and will provide deep industry knowledge, partner insights, and ongoing consultative support to drive partner product roadmaps, influence Facebook’s roadmaps, and drive client and business growth. This role will also define and implement scalable programs that enable and activate Facebook’s Global Data, MarTech, and Enterprise partnerships, and effectively deliver scaled solutions to end customers and channel partners. This role will report to the Head of MarTech Partnerships and is based in Menlo Park, California.

Responsibilities

Help drive scale of Messengers partners and engagement through partnerships with enterprise software companies.
Identify business and product value exchange for Facebook and partners ultimately serving mutual clients better than ever
Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch partnerships.
Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure product and industry impact globally.
Represent Messenger/Facebook and provide thought leadership in external meetings with executives from other companies.
Identify high value Strategic partners and educate them on Facebook’s platform, technology, and solutions as relevant to the partner
Requirements

10+ years in a technology related business, and/or management consulting experience.
BA/BS preferred, advanced degree, such as MBA is a plus.
Experience working with MarTech and Enterprise Software companies, including work with C-level executives and leadership teams across sales, marketing and technology teams.
Proven track record of designing strategic roadmaps to activate new programs across global teams, including technology sales, marketing and solutions integration teams.
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally, including the ability to build strong relationships within and across teams globally
Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development and negotiation of long-term strategic relationships
Detailed understanding of latest trends and consolidation in areas of CRM, Marketing automation, Marketing Analytics and Measurement
Ability to lead multiple time-sensitive initiatives in parallel
Ability to drive projects to execution while working on new strategies for incremental growth
Excellent communication skills.
