Cisco seeks a strong leader and communicator with a deep understanding of partner/channels sales and business fundamentals to lead partner services development teams in the role of Manager, Latin America (Latam) Partner Services Sales. This position will lead a team of Partner Services sales professionals supporting partner practice development and focusing on service offerings for new and growing phases of the lifecycle. This leadership role requires senior level relationship building, effective communication and presentation skills as well as an intimate knowledge of Cisco's services offerings and channel partner environment.

Who You'll Work With
This position manages overall operations for our Americas Partner Services Latin America segment, including resource allocation, contract negotiation and partner issue resolution. Manages and directs the planning, implementation and management of our Latam Go-to-Market plan. Represents Americas Partner Sales in EBC's. Participates in major cross-functional projects affecting Cisco business, product, or service leadership. Works with little or no direction and is mindful of organizational goals and objectives. Independently identifies complex issues and resolves complex problems that impact strategic direction.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
10+ Years working in a Channel Partner role with senior level exposure.
Prior management experience.
Must speak Spanish fluently
Competencies:
- Experience in account and partner management.
- Strong understanding of networking product applications, network management techniques, and service strategies.
- Ability to manage and direct sales strategies to customers as well as channel partners.
- Team player, with proven ability to manage by influence.
- Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills required.
- General understanding of legal contracts.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, customer relations and retention, contract development and negotiation, support operations and business management.
- Proven track record of collaboration across multiple organizations in order to accomplish significant achievements driving customer satisfaction and Cisco revenue.
- Must be excellent communicator, team builder and motivator with a proven ability to provide leadership while exhibiting strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Practical experience in managing by influence.
