The DTTL (Deloitte Global) Mobility Leader provides leadership for the Mobility competency within Deloitte Global Talent Acquisition, including setting and driving vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with Deloitte Global business and HR leadership on Mobility strategies in alignment with business needs.
• Partner with Deloitte Global Recruiting Leader to ensure successful sourcing for Deloitte Global secondments, as well as, smooth hand-offs from Recruiting to Mobility with a focus on efficient and effective secondment structuring.
• Partner with Talent Advisory and Deloitte Global business leadership on the customization of Mobility programs, policies and processes as required for the business area that they support.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Finance team on building and monitoring an annual plan for secondments. Monitor and adjust the plan, as required, throughout the year.
• Advise the business and overall HR team on the various types of Mobility within Deloitte Global, including both non-relocation and relocation secondments (e.g. India to U.S. mobility assignments, short term/long term global mobility assignments into/out of the US, mobility assignments between member firms outside of the US, etc.).
• Provide oversight for DTTL Mobility programs, policies and processes including continuous improvement and enhancements.
• Continuously inform and educate extended Talent team and Business leaders on Mobility programs, policies and practices.
• Ensure connectivity with secondees, DTTL/Member Firm Business Leaders and HR to ensure connectivity throughout the secondment and with a specific focus on supporting successful repatriations.
• Reinvigorate the role of the Deloitte Global Mobility Champion(s), ensuring proper engagement and alignment with the vision and strategy of Deloitte Global HR/Talent Acquisition Leadership, as well as, ensuring that strong relationships are established and fostered with influential leadership within the 11 Member Firms included in the Deloitte Global location strategy.
• Review and approve all PPMD level Global Mobility relocation assignment costs and funding (Business Select/Talent Select) with Member Firms, including getting involved in challenging negotiations as required.
• Partner with PPMD Mobility Manager to advise Mobility team and approve relocation assignments and related firm to firm agreements.
• Manage escalations and exceptions with appropriate stakeholders.
• Analyze Mobility data and provide monthly story-telling metrics, calling out trends and important data points to the Talent Acquisition Leader for further distribution to DTTL HR Leader and/or Senior Business leadership, when appropriate.
• Manage, mentor and develop direct reports, team and quality of work (e.g., provide one-on-one coaching and counseling and identify career / professional development opportunities for team members)
• Serve as primary relationship owner with various internal stakeholder groups, including GES, Immigration, OGG, International Accounting and Finance, etc.
• Lead and participate in Mobility related benchmarking within the Deloitte member firm network and/or with external peer organizations, as required.
• Identify networking and best practice sharing opportunities with Deloitte Member Firm Global Mobility teams to enhance brand image, identify additional opportunities for sourcing and continued professional development.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Experience in the design and operational delivery of global mobility programs, coupled with solid understanding of related immigration and tax compliance issues
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with senior leaders and executives
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, global team environment including cross cultural sensitivity
