Facebook is seeking an experienced Product Marketer or strategist who is passionate about technology, product development, advertising and revenue strategies. This position will manage a small but growing team responsible for influencing product strategy through a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics as well as executing against global launch plans to bring products to market and drive advertiser growth.

Responsibilities
Drive product strategy bridging short term execution and long term vision
Identify opportunities and represent voice of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements
Quarterback go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption
Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, product documentation, and sales collateral
Proactively identify and overcome adoption barriers
Partner effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Communications and other key teams
Requirements
BA/BS degree required
MBA preferred
5+ years (10+ years overall professional experience) working in a product marketing or equivalent capacity (partnered closely with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements and with sales to support product launches)
People management experience preferred
Exceptional quantitative analytical ability and communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook
Experience with digital media & marketing
Experience working with agencies and large brands on managing their video advertising strategy and buying activities a plus
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment with little supervision
