The Channel Contract Specialist & System Administrator will be responsible for the on-boarding and maintenance of sales partners (resellers, distributors, carriers & service providers) in the Latin American region. Starting with the contract set up and application process through reviews, contract signature, account creation and subsequent life-cycle maintenance of the accounts, ensuring an unsurpassed customer experience is provided with a strong focus on business simplification.

Preparing correspondence, negotiation addendum, extension letters, embargo letters, contract renewals and all contract documentation required to ensure timely and coordinated execution of contracts. Responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of the Apple Channel Contract Tool including monitoring key contract field items, Initiator/Auditor accesses and approval routes; maintaining the repository for contracts and related correspondence/records. Work closely with the Contract Negotiator (for non-standard contract set up), ALAC Sales Ops team and the ALAC Channel Program Lead in order to ensure Apple regulations compliance and communicating contract policy and best practices to internal business teams. Providing support, advice and training to personnel in local offices on contract-related matters
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate requires the ability to develop, improve and implement processes, policies and procedures contract related. This includes a significant amount of system data entry, and knowledge of data basing and familiarity with the Apple Channel Contract system architecture. Candidate also possesses the ability to identify infrastructure needs, partner with key stakeholders to develop scalable processes and deliver solutions to the business.
The candidate should have a strong education background with 8 to 10 years experience in managing and leading processes in Contract Management or related field with solid operations principals. Must be self-motivated, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and show ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast paced environment.
Must also demonstrate ability to visualize and design new concepts and ideas related to the Apple Contracting process.

Description
Key Accountabilities: Develop, implement and maintain the Apple Channel Contract Tool. Ensure contracts are properly executed and deposited in the system and maintain key contract information including status, term, contacts, cost and expiration. Develop and oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with specific contract requirements and applicable Apple regulations. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Order Management, Accounts Payable and Receivable teams regarding approvals and develops key operational processes. Provide day-to-day support concerning to contract status and requirements. Alert stakeholders of renewals, Extensions, Contract Termination and Deactivation. Provide regular summaries of new, renewed and expired contracts. Timely and effective response to stakeholders. Proactively escalate legal and business issues with possible solutions. Manage contract projects to completion. Maintain continuity of contract negotiations by coordinating meetings, exchanges, and other interactions. Assist with other tasks as assigned.
