The Talent Director, HR Operations is responsible for the management of the Talent function within HR operations with overall responsibility for developing, directing, implementing and/or coordinating enterprise-wide strategies, policies and procedures in the areas of Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management and Vendor management. The successful candidate will manage Talent Tier 2 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in HR Operations, and partner with various business partners to execute projects and deliver programs. This position will report to the VP, HR Operations.
Responsibilities
• Manages the Talent functions of Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
• Collaborates with Talent Development, Compliance, Health and Safety and with other departments and stakeholders to manage the Learning Management System
• Collaborates with the Compensation and Benefits team to implement programs, identify process improvements and to be contributor to the go forward strategy
• Actively search, creatively design and implement effective solutions to enhance performance, and meet organizational goals
• Partner with Talent and Acquisition team to deliver integration where needed
• Ensures successful Tier 2 resolution of employee issues, meeting SLAs, and providing excellent customer service for escalated issues coming into the Talent Team
Mentors and coaches the Tier 2 Subject Matter experts
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years SAP experience
• 5 years managing HR Talent Systems
• Minimum of 1 year management experience
