Facebook is seeking a talented people manager to lead our Solution Architects team as part of the global client facing services organization within Publisher Adtech. As Manager, Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching a team of highly skilled client-facing Solutions Architects focused on developing Facebook’s Audience Network. Working closely with our customers and Facebook product management, you will be responsible for developing outstanding, trusted and highly credible cross-functional relationships.
In this dynamic role, you will work directly with the Sales, Technical Operations, Engineering, and Product teams. Collaborating with the department head, you will develop and implement enduring and scalable processes to enable the long term growth and successful Audience Network technical operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people, demonstrated success in cultivating productive and collaborative cross functional relationships, analytical and detail oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast and keep focused on high impact projects. The location of this role is either New York or Menlo Park.
Responsibilities
Serve and support the Solution Architect team’s success through coaching and mentorship and a focus on team capability development
With an eye on operational scale and efficiency, you enable and lead initiatives that support the development of excellence, efficiency and scale in day to day operations
You develop and maintain a depth of industry, client and product knowledge that enables you to be effective as a leader and credible as a thought partner
Knowledge sharing and best practices adopted across internal teams including documentation, training and process improvements are a priority
As a leader in the organization, you see the big picture and work well with cross functional stakeholders to enable PubAdTech overall sales and product goals
Requirements
8+ years relevant professional experience specific to technical service operations
Suggestion: 3+ years of people leadership experience, demonstrated of leading and inspiring others
Proven track record of collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups to produce results
Experience in problem solving and analysis to solve business problems
Create a culture of collaboration and a team-first environment
Experience in mobile and web technologies, ad networks and monetization strategies a plus
