Responsible for leading the Mergers & Acquisitions people strategy for the Human Resource organization. Close partnership with Corporate Development, the business, and the HR team on identifying risks and opportunities, our negotiation strategy, and integration activities for target companies.
Responsible for leading a virtual and global team of HR professions to ensure the people agenda is achieved in all mergers and acquisitions.
The position will work with the Company’s Corporate Development team, business leaders, and HR teams from the beginning stages of deal formation through the integration of the target into the organization.
Manage and engage in the due diligence activities focusing on the HR areas assessing risks, opportunities, and the targets overall operations and processes for managing employees.
Lead the negotiation strategy related to all people matters, provide guidance and legal contract wording and integration plans following the completion of an acquisition.
Work with the Global HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to project manage the integration process, accomplishing the key goals of the business and properly integrating the employees into the Flex systems and environment.
Qualifications:
7 + years strong understanding and leading of global mergers & acquisitions activities from an HR perspective
5+ years of direct or indirect management of HR teams
Understanding of HR policies and practices, experience in 2 or more HR operational areas
Global HR & M&A work experience
Excellent Project Management Skills
Experience working in contract manufacturing environment/company
Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 35% travel required
Ability to empower and influence HR teams and business leaders
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business or related field required (Masters preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of mergers & acquisitions experience
7+ Management of an HR functional/operational areas
