The Head of Global Brand Strategy severs as an integral member of the Brand management team, and will be responsible for brand strategy, brand holidays, partnering with concepts team on brand arc, setting the North Star for the brand etc.
This leader will work cross-functionally with peers from Product, Sales, and Footwear to ensure that our voice is not only consistent across all the varying forms of communication with our consumers but is also continuously pursuing and developing new ways to connect to athletes.
What will you do?
Set Global Brand standards and the development and execution of brand strategy and story-telling for specified categories.
Oversee the implementation of the integrated marketing plans across all elements of the marketing mix that will promote the brand worldwide.
Develop and execute global brand holidays.
Build the 3YP for Global Brand Marketing and strategic funding.
Develop big brand campaigns (Holidays).
Manage budgets and allocate accordingly to fund growth and brand drivers.
Define our target consumer and develop metrics to evaluate our effectiveness in reaching that consumer.
Package analysis for reports and presentations to shape strategic and operational decisions.
Design, test, analyze and optimize innovative marketing campaigns to increase the UA brand.

What have you accomplished already?
B.S. Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or related field or equivalent.
12-15 years of pertinent marketing experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented, consumer-driven company.
Established relationships at all levels, inclusive of the executive level, in the global marketing industry.
Prior experience working for a global company with a strong, premium brand and a distinct culture.
Experience working for either a start-up or high-growth organization is a plus.
Proven leadership skills in managing a strong, experienced and diverse team.
Experience conducting business and partnering with executives and staff in multiple regions globally, a plus.
Proven global citizen through travel and diversity of experiences.
