Finance Vice President Siemens Houston

This position is a high level financial management position reporting into the VP-Field Finance and Business Operations with a strong partnership to the Zone General Manager. This position will interact with many layers of the organization including “C Level’s” and other operating companies (SFS, SGT and etc.). Position includes one (1) direct report, a total finance organization of approximately 14 employees and supports a zone sales team of 60 plus people.
Responsibilities

1. Drive profitable growth through direct customer interaction – 60%
a. Present sales & financing programs for specific market segmentations
b. Present lease packaging for customer retention
c. Present ROI models across equipment and service

2. Strategic Planning – 25%
a. Develop sales & financing programs for specific market segments
b. Develop lease packaging based upon the customer demographics and needs
c. Develop growth market plans with the Division’s to realize profitable growth across all divisions (IM & CP) within the Zone
d. Develop growth market plans with the BU’s to realize profitable growth across all BU’s within the zone

3. Business Plans and Forecasting, KPI’s and Reporting -10%
a. Support in the development of a Zone Business Plan for orders and revenue profitable growth and people resources/development for optimal business requirements
b. Develop business cadence for accurate forecasting and market transparency to grow market share across all BU’s
c. Develop KPI’s to ensure transparency to develop action plans on zone opportunities for development for business growth and best in class customer satisfaction
d. Develop business reporting for zone management for actionable business opportunities

4. People Development – 5%
a. Develop career plans for all finance people within the zone
b. Develop development plans for each of the finance people within the zone



Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Experience:

1. 7-10 Years Healthcare market experience
2. 7-10 Years Customer facing sales/financial management experience
3. Business development experience
4. 7-10 Years of finance/business administration management/controlling experience
