We are seeking a Director, Operations professional in our San Bruno, CA office.
Duties: Apply ecommerce knowledge to prioritize programs based on benefit, cost, strategic importance, risk of inaction and alignment with the financial long range plan. Use different problem-solving methodologies to go from idea inception to a specific plan to make the idea a reality.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and 1 year of program management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and 5 years of program management experience.
Skills required: E-commerce experience and experience with multichannel financials. Experience with Supply Chain Systems for retail and e-commerce like OMS and IMS. Experience using Microsoft Project Management software to measure labor and financial resources. Experience launching new technology tools like RFIDs to minimize inventory. Experience using Lean tools like visual workplans, Pareto chart, fishbone analysis. Experience with Confluence, Dashboards. Experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience with think-cell software. Employer will accept experience and skills gained prior to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree.
