The Director is responsible for designing and implementing frequency-driving strategies that span across multiple customer Segments. Each strategy must also help maximize sales, traffic, and profitability of Walmart.com. The Director will manage a team of several marketers in conducting multi-channel marketing planning and execution processes, and be responsible for target insights and cross-category strategies. This person will serve as the principle link to supporting funding and evaluation of key digital marketing programs including site media supplier partnerships. The position is based in San Bruno, California.

Manages the Walmart brand
Oversees and directs the development and implementation of large-scale marketing initiatives (for example, on-site merchandising, advertising, store integration)
Oversees the development and management of key supplier partnerships on new and existing marketing initiatives
Provides overall direction
Sets and oversees marketing budgets
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 8 years experience in marketing or related field OR 10 years experience in marketing or related field.
3 years experience managing cross-functional teams, 3 years of supervisory experience. 3 years of online marketing channel experience across email, affilates, search and social 2 years of experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience in direct or indirect retail marketing, including product marketing and brand management. 2 years CRM experience
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
