As a Director of Global Citizenship, you are a fully dedicated to implementing the Company’s Global Citizenship effort internally and externally. You are passionate about the cross section between Corporate Social Responsibility and the “bottom line”.

Implement and manage key Global Citizenship initiatives, policies and programs, promoting environmental and social sustainability, while achieving company and business objectives.
Lead a high performing global team responsible for our Global Citizenship/Sustainability metrics and reporting.
Work in conjunction with CSER Operations team to influence and drive execution of key initiatives.
Examine and improve upon best practices to ensure we achieve worldclass status in Global Citizenship.
Analyze, assess and recommend conservation opportunities.
Develop and manage key projects and programs in line with the Company’s sustainability efforts.
Collect, analyze and communicate key data and metrics, tracking progress against Company goals.
Promote and raise awareness of the impact of emerging sustainability issues.
Create internal educational campaigns to promote Global Citizenship.
Assess and manage existing relationships with NGOs, policymakers and influencers.
Identify and pursue new partnerships with NGOs, policymakers and influencers.
Actively participate in brainstorming about business development and partnership opportunities for thought leadership.
Actively engage stakeholders to anticipate, avoid or resolve conflicts constructively as they arise.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to elevate the Company’s reputation as responsible corporate citizens.
Collaborate with NGOs and policymakers to establish job-skills training, enhancing the skill set of current employees.
Increase sense of corporate transparency by teaming up with current employees and NGOs to promote best practices at the work place.
Execute program and event sponsorships in conjunction with key stakeholders (both internally and externally).
Define communication, decision-making strategies, deliverables and timelines with key stakeholders. Assess progress in relation to deliverables and timelines.
