As the Marketing Manager for the Creative Shop you’ll be at the center of developing and deploying the most important stories and the most critical programs around communication strategy and creative development for our platforms.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Creative Shop to build integrated marketing plans that aim to scale Facebook’s positioning as a creative, inventive, and inspiring platform to people around the world.
Partner closely with the Global Business Marketing team on key programs to ensure efficiency and collaboration, especially on programs that focus on share shift, agency activations, and storytelling across verticals.
Work with the Creative Shop’s Hub team to land narratives, stories, and systems in the market (external) and throughout the broad Facebook organization (internal). This could include creating compelling materials about those systems for multiple audiences and channels (Facebook salesforce, clients, PR, partners, website, etc.)
Build and execute campaigns that leverage the Creative Shop’s work to inspire creativity on the platform.
Work closely with global cross-functional teams to activate messages in market.
Create and execute marketing collateral—including things like Keynote and PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, playbooks, customer stories, newsletters, how-to content, video content, paid media campaigns and more.
Proactively communicate to multiple internal stake-holders status, updates, and check ins.
Track activities on projects and establish a clear path, and owners, of next steps
Facilitate relationships between teams, move process forward, find resources, create schedules, raise concerns to appropriate owners early, and resolve open issues that prevent progress
Predict roadblocks and obstacles and establish meetings or integration points between teams
Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
Identify and optimize internal processes for the best results
Work hand-in-hand with creative strategists to elevate the work
Requirements
6+ years of experience in global marketing and/or marketing communications
Ability to create a holistic integrated marketing plan
Excellent communication skills and a sense for design aesthetics
Operational powerhouse with strong project management skills and experience managing multiple tasks at once
Attention to detail and flawless execution
Ability to synthesize creative narratives into distributable materials, events, etc.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in fast paced, ambiguous situations
Experience communicating and packaging marketing material in PowerPoint and Keynote
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practices
Experience in the creative advertising industry a plus
Experience managing budgets and vendors
BA/BS degree in Marketing or Advertising
