The Corporate Responsibility Analyst will be responsible for the Implementation of the Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing with concentration on aligning planning and purchasing practices with commitment to workplace standards. As a teammate, you will Identify and develop KPIs, which will improve supply chain by providing accountability and transparency. The teammate will gain exposure to conducting a social compliance audit and integrating a heavy emphasis on the environmental piece and assist in building a strong partnership with the Fair Labor Association.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for data analysis of audit findings and country risks, to identify trends and appropriate preventive solutions for program development and implementation, which includes identifying suppliers for further focused training or coaching based on regular trends analysis.
Produce reports to develop, forecast and report on overall program KPI’s and targets to internal business partners and suppliers.
Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work to implement changes as appropriate.
Establish contacts and actively engage in dialogue with local NGOs, government bodies and professional institutions, to further the goals and transparency of the organization.
Assist factory remediation by advising on options, negotiating timeframes, sharing experiences and best practices and helping management locate the necessary expertise.
Coordinate and facilitate presentations/trainings regarding relevant social compliance topics to educate internally and externally.
Attend seminars, trainings, meetings related to social compliance & sustainability in order to stay current on industry standards and methodologies.

Qualifications
2-3 years relevant work experience with a proven record in social responsibility factory-based capacity building.
Previous experience in conducting and/or coordinating social compliance programs including program development, oversight, auditing and remediation.
Solid project management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through deadlines/projects simultaneously under minimal supervision.
Experience with factory operations, auditing, and remediation.
Knowledge of manufacturing supply chains and factory conditions.
Experience in data analysis to effectively and accurately track data and information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with little direction.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Aptitude to evolve in an international environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum BA/BS degree, Master’s degree preferred, with deep understanding and/or educational background in Corporate Social Responsibility as it relates to supply chain management.
Interest in international labor standards, human rights, environmental issues.
Experience in managing projects required.
